ปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จและการสนับสนุนจากองค์การที่มีผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานด้านการป้องกันและควบคุมวัณโรคของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดสกลนคร

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จและการสนับสนุนจากองค์การที่มีผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานด้านการป้องกันและควบคุมวัณโรคของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดสกลนคร สุ่มอย่างง่าย (Simple random sampling) ได้จำนวนตัวอย่าง 156 คน จากประชากรทั้งหมด 168 คน เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามและการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก จำนวน 12 คน สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติอนุมาน โดยกำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญที่ 0.05 จากการศึกษาพบว่า ปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จ 4 ด้านประกอบด้วย 1) ด้านพัฒนาภาพลักษณ์ของสถานบริการ 2) ด้านความเชื่อมโยงระหว่างโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลและโรงพยาบาลแม่ข่าย 3) ด้านการสร้างความเข้าใจและการกระตุ้นให้เกิดความร่วมมือ และ 4) ด้านการลงมือปฏิบัติในพื้นที่ที่มีความพร้อมและสมัครใจในการมีส่วนร่วม ทั้ง 4 ตัวแปรมีผลและสามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์การปฏิบัติงานด้านการป้องกันและควบคุมวัณโรคของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลจังหวัดสกลนครได้ร้อยละ 56.6 (R2=0.566, p-value < 0.001)
