Abstract

This cross-sectional descriptive research aimed to study administrative factors and key success factors affecting the development of diamond health promotion school in health region 7, Thailand. The samples were 125 personnels selected by stratified random sampling from the 590 populations. Data were collected by questionnaire and Indepth interview guidelines for the quantitative and qualitative data gathering. Data analysis was performed by descriptive and inferential statistics with significant level at 0.05. The results revealed that the level of administrative factors, key success factors and the development of diamond health promotion school in health region 7 overall were at high level. The key success factor; Civil society power, and an administrative factor; Management are enthusiastic about participation were affecting and could joint predict the development of diamond health promotion school in health region 7 at 68.8%. (R2=0.688, p-value<0.001). Schools and related agencies should encourage community leaders to become more participate in diamond health promotion schools.
