ปัจจัยทางการบริหารและปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จที่มีผลต่อการพัฒนาโรงเรียนตามมาตรฐาน โรงเรียนส่งเสริมสุขภาพระดับเพชร ของบุคลากรทางการศึกษาในเขตสุขภาพที่ 7

การศึกษาครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวาง เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยทางการบริหารและปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จที่มีผลต่อการพัฒนาโรงเรียนตามมาตรฐานโรงเรียนส่งเสริมสุขภาพระดับเพชรของบุคลากรทางการศึกษาในเขตสุขภาพที่ 7 ใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิจากประชากร 590 คน ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 125 คน เก็บข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม และข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพโดยใช้แนวทางการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติเชิงอนุมานโดยกำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญที่ 0.05 จากการศึกษาพบว่า ปัจจัยทางการบริหาร ปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จ และการพัฒนาโรงเรียนตามมาตรฐานโรงเรียนส่งเสริมสุขภาพระดับเพชรของบุคลากรทางการศึกษาในเขตสุขภาพที่ 7 ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จ ด้านพลังประชาสังคม และปัจจัยทางการบริหารด้านวิธีการจัดการ มีผลและสามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์การพัฒนาโรงเรียนตามมาตรฐานโรงเรียนส่งเสริมสุขภาพระดับเพชรของบุคลากรทางการศึกษาในเขตสุขภาพที่ 7 ได้ร้อยละ 68.8 (R2=0.688, p-value<0.001) ทั้งนี้โรงเรียนและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องควรมีการสนับสนุนการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้นำชุมชนในการดำเนินงานโรงเรียนส่งเสริมสุขภาพระดับเพชรมากขึ้น
