Organizational Support and Key Success Factors Affecting the Operation of Local Health Security Funds Committee in Chum P¬hae District Khon Kaen Province

This cross-sectional descriptive research aimed to study organizational support and key success factors affecting the operational local health security funds committee in Chum Phae district Khon Kaen province, Thailand. The samples were 147 local health security funds committee randomly selected by stratified random sampling from the 252 populations. This study was collected data by questionnaire for the quantitative data that examined and verified by the three experts for content validity items objective congruence (IOC) all items more than 0.50 and Cronbach’s Alpha Coefficient was at 0.98 and In-Depth interview guidelines for the qualitative data gathering from 12 local health security funds committee. Data analysis was performed by descriptive statistics and inferential statistics as significant level at 0.05. The results showed that the level of organizational support, key success factors and operational local health security funds committee in Chum Phae district Khon Kaen province overall were at high level. The results showed two variables of organizational support factor; management and money including two variables of key success factors; the link between health security funds and networks, an image development of health security funds. The four variables were affecting and could joint predict the operational local health security funds committee in Chum Phae district Khon Kaen province at 68.4 (R2=0.684, p-value < 0.001)
