การสนับสนุนจากองค์การและปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จที่มีผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานของคณะกรรมการกองทุนหลักประกันสุขภาพในระดับท้องถิ่นหรือพื้นที่ อำเภอชุมแพ จังหวัดขอนแก่น

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวางในครั้งนี้ เพื่อศึกษาการสนับสนุนจากองค์การและปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จ ที่มีผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานของคณะกรรมการกองทุนหลักประกันสุขภาพในระดับท้องถิ่นหรือพื้นที่ อำเภอชุมแพ จังหวัดขอนแก่น ใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิจากประชากร 252 คน ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 147 คน เก็บข้อมูล เชิงปริมาณโดยใช้แบบสอบถามที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 3 ท่าน ทุกข้อมีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องมากกว่า 0.50 และความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามได้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาครอนบาซ 0.98 และข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้แนวทางการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก โดยการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ให้ข้อมูลจำนวน 12 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติอนุมาน โดยกำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญที่ 0.05 จากการศึกษาพบว่าระดับการสนับสนุนจากองค์การ ระดับปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จ และระดับการปฏิบัติงานของคณะกรรมการกองทุนหลักประกันสุขภาพในระดับท้องถิ่นหรือพื้นที่ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ทั้งนี้การสนับสนุนจากองค์การด้านการบริหารจัดการ ด้านงบประมาณ และปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จด้านการเชื่อมโยงระหว่างกองทุนและเครือข่ายและด้านการพัฒนาภาพลักษณ์ของกองทุน มีผลและสามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์การปฏิบัติงานของคณะกรรมการกองทุนหลักประกันสุขภาพในระดับท้องถิ่นหรือพื้นที่ อำเภอชุมแพ จังหวัดขอนแก่น ร้อยละ 68.4 (R2=0.684, p-value < 0.001)
