Administrative Factors and Key Success Factors Affecting the Performance of Prevention and Control Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) Among Health Personnel at Sub-District Health Promoting Hospitals in Nongbualamphu Province

This cross-sectional descriptive research aimed to study the administrative factors and key success factors affecting the Performance of prevention and control of Coronavirus disease 2019 among health personnel at sub-district health promoting hospitals in Nongbualamphu province, Thailand. The samples were 138 health personnel randomly selected by stratified random sampling from the 528 populations. Data were collected by questionnaire for quantitative data. Data analysis was performed by descriptive and inferential statistics as the significance level at 0.05. The results showed that overall of administrative factors, key success factors, and the performance of prevention and control of Coronavirus disease 2019 were at high level. The result also showed that four variables consisted of three variables of the key success factors; the development of the service facility image, the connection between the sub-district health promoting hospitals together and the secondary hospitals, the implementation in areas where readiness and voluntariness to participate, and one variable of the administrative factors; technology were affecting and could jointly predict the performance of prevention and control of Coronavirus disease 2019 among health personnel at sub-district health promoting hospitals in Nongbualamphu province at 83.4 percent (R2 = 0.834, R2 adj=0.829, p–value < 0.001).
