ปัจจัยทางการบริหารและปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จที่มีผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานป้องกันและควบคุมโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (โควิด 19) ของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวางในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยทางการบริหารและปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จที่มีผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานป้องกันและควบคุมโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู โดยศึกษาจากประชากร 528 คน ทำการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิได้ตัวอย่าง 138 คน เก็บข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติเชิงอนุมาน กำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 จากการศึกษาพบว่า ระดับปัจจัยทางการบริหาร ระดับปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จ และระดับการปฏิบัติงานป้องกันและควบคุมโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และพบว่าปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จด้านการพัฒนาภาพลักษณ์ของสถานบริการ ปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จด้านการเชื่อมโยงระหว่างโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลด้วยกัน และกับโรงพยาบาลแม่ข่าย ปัจจัยทางการบริหารด้านเทคโนโลยีที่เกี่ยวข้อง และปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จด้านการลงมือปฏิบัติในพื้นที่ที่มีความพร้อมและสมัครใจในการมีส่วนร่วม ทั้ง 4 ตัวแปรมีผลและสามารถพยากรณ์การปฏิบัติงานป้องกันและควบคุมโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู ได้ร้อยละ 83.4 (R2 = 0.834, R2 adj. = 0.829, p-value < 0.001)
