This is cross-sectional descriptive research aimed to study Administrative Factors and Key Success Factor Affeccting The Performance of Family Care Team in Maung District Udonthani Province. The sample was 221 health workers in Family Care Team in Maung District Udonthani Province who were selected by systematic sampling from 283 people of population. Data collected by using questionnaire for the quantitive data and 12 key informants were use In-Depth interview guidelines for the qualitative data gathering. Data analysis was performed by descriptive statistics and inferential statistics as a significant level at 0.05. The results showed that level of administrative factors, level of key success factors, and the level of Performance of Family Care Team were at a high level. The four factors composed of key success; the performance link between the health promoting hospital and link to a major hospital, Improving the image of the facility, Executives at all levels are supporting and monitoring, and the administrative factors of budget affected and could joint predict the Performance of Family Care Team in Maung District Udonthani Province at 57.8 (R2=0.578, p-value<0.001)
