ปัจจัยทางการบริหารและปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จที่มีผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานของทีมหมอครอบครัว ในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดอุดรธานี

การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวาง (Cross-sectional Descriptive Research)วัตถุประสงค์
เพื่อศึกษา ปัจจัยทางการบริหารและปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จที่มีผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานของทีมหมอครอบครัว ในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดอุดรธานี ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ เจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล ในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดอุดรธานี จำนวน 284 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ ได้จำนวน 221 คน เก็บข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม และเชิงคุณภาพโดยใช้แนวทางการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก จำนวน 12 คน ใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติอนุมาน กำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 จากการศึกษาพบว่า ภาพรวมระดับปัจจัยทางการบริหาร ปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จ และการปฏิบัติงานของทีมหมอครอบครัว อยู่ในระดับมาก ทั้งนี้พบว่าตัวแปรอิสระทั้ง 4 ตัวแปร ได้แก่ ปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จด้านการเชื่อมโยงระหว่างโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลในโรงพยาบาลแม่ข่าย ปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จด้านการพัฒนาภาพลักษณ์ของสถานบริการ ปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จด้านผู้บริหารทุกระดับให้การสนับสนุนและติดตาม และปัจจัยทางการบริหารด้านงบประมาณมีผลและสามารถพยากรณ์การปฏิบัติงานของทีมหมอครอบครัวในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดอุดรธานี ได้ร้อยละ 57.8 (R2=0.578, p-value<0.001)
