Organization Climate and Administrative Factors Affecting the Quality of Worklife of Dental Personnel at Sub-District Health Promoting Hospitals in Khon Kaen Province

This cross-sectional descriptive research aimed to study organizational climate and administrative factors affecting the quality of work life of dental personnel at sub-district health promoting hospitals in Khon Kaen province Thailand, The samples were 107 dental personnel randomly selected by simple random sampling from 155 populations of dental personnel at sub-district health promoting hospitals in Khon Kaen province. And using in-depth interviews with 10 key The results showed that the level of overall organization climate was at a high level; the average was 4.03 (S.D.=0.51), the level of overall administrative factors was at a high level; the average was 3.90 (S.D.=0.56), and the level of overall quality of worklife of dental personnel at sub-district health promoting hospitals in Khon Kaen province was at a high level; the average was 3.92 (S.D.=0.51). And found that the warmth dimension of organizational climate and three variables of administrative factors; management, personnel, and technology affected and could jointly predict the quality of worklife of dental personnel at sub-district health promoting hospitals in Khon Kaen province at 68.0 percent. (R2=0.680, p-value<0.001), and there should be a study of factors affecting the creation of a good organizational atmosphere. To promote teamwork of public health officials in sub-district health promoting hospitals.
