This cross-sectional descriptive research aimed to study critical success factors and administrative factors affecting the performance of dentistry during COVID-19 pandemic of dental health officers at
sub-district health promoting hospitals in region 10, Thailand. The 157 samples were randomized by stratified random sampling from 342 populations. Data were collected by the questionnaire that was examined and verified by the three experts for content validity items objective congruence (IOC) all items were more than 0.50, and reliability with the Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.97, and the in-depth interview guidelines were used to collect qualitative data from 10 key informants. The results showed that the four variables consisted of one variable of critical success factors; the development of the quality of medical care and the image of the service facility and three variables of administrative factors; management, time, and technology affected and could jointly predict the performance of dentistry during COVID-19 of dental health officers at sub-district health promoting hospitals in region 10 at 65.2 percent (R2=0.652, p-value<0.001).
