การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นการศึกษาเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวาง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จและปัจจัยทางการบริหารที่มีผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานทางทันตกรรมในสถานการณ์การระบาดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ของเจ้าพนักงานทันตสาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล เขตสุขภาพที่ 10 กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 157 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ จากประชากร 342 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ แบบสอบถาม โดยผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 3 ท่าน ทุกข้อคำถามมีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องมากกว่า 0.50 และวิเคราะห์หาค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามได้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาช 0.97 และแนวทางการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกสำหรับเก็บข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ จำนวน 10 คน ผลการศึกษาพบว่าปัจจัยทางการบริหารด้านการบริหารจัดการ ปัจจัยทางการบริหารด้านเวลา ปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จด้านการพัฒนาคุณภาพการรักษาพยาบาลและภาพลักษณ์ของสถานบริการ และปัจจัยทางการบริหารด้านเทคโนโลยีที่เกี่ยวข้อง ทั้ง 4 ตัวแปร มีผลและสามารถร่วมพยากรณ์การปฏิบัติงานทางทันตกรรมในสถานการณ์การระบาดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ของเจ้าพนักงานทันตสาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล เขตสุขภาพที่ 10 ได้ร้อยละ 65.2 (R2=0.652, p-value<0.001)
