Abstract

This cross-sectional descriptive research aimed to study leadership soft skills and key success factors affecting the risk management of sub-district health-promoting hospital directors in Sisaket Province, Thailand. Data were collected from the 117 populations of sub-district health-promoting hospital directors by questionnaire. Data analysis was performed by descriptive and inferential statistics with a significant level at 0.05. The results showed that the overall level of leadership soft skills and key success factors was high. The results factors included building understanding and cooperation, coaching, the executives at all levels have monitoring and supporting, and teamwork were affecting to the risk management of sub-district health-promoting hospital directors in Sisaket Province at 72.9 percentage (R2=0.729, p-value<0.001).
