สุนทรียทักษะผู้นำและปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จที่มีผลต่อการบริหารความเสี่ยงของผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล ในจังหวัดศรีสะเกษ

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวาง วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสุนทรียทักษะผู้นำและปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จที่มีผลต่อการบริหารความเสี่ยงของผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ โดยศึกษาจากประชากรทั้งหมด 117 คน เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม ใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติอนุมาน กำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 จากการศึกษาพบว่า ระดับสุนทรียทักษะผู้นำ และปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จ ของผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ ภาพรวมอยู่ ในระดับมาก ทั้งนี้ ปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จการสร้างความเข้าใจและกระตุ้นให้เกิดความร่วมมือ สุนทรียทักษะผู้นำทักษะในการสอนงาน ปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จผู้บริหารทุกระดับให้การสนับสนุนและติดตามและ สุนทรียทักษะผู้นำทักษะในการทำงานเป็นทีม มีผลและสามารถร่วมพยากรณ์การบริหารความเสี่ยงของผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ ได้ร้อยละ 72.9 (R2 =0.729, p-value<0.001)
