Key Success Factors and Organizational Support Affecting the Oral Health Promotion and Prevention among Children 0-2 Years Old of Dental Health Personnel at Community Hospitals in Public Health Region 8

This cross-sectional descriptive research aimed to study the key success factors and organizational support affecting the oral health promotion and prevention by dental health personal at a community hospital in public health region 8, Thailand, among 0-2-years-old children. The samples were 125 dental health personnal. This study collected data from the questionnaire. Descriptive statistics and inferential statistic were used to distribute data. The results showed that the overall level of Key success factors and organizational support affecting the oral health promotion and prevention among 0–2-years-old children were at high level. The result also showed that three variables consisted of organizational support; management, and money are key success factors; the implementation in areas where readiness and voluntariness to participate could jointly predict oral health promotion and prevention among 0-2-years-old children at 43.8 percent (R2 =0.438, p-value<0.001). The creation of coordination and communication systems within pertinent agencies and associate should be prioritized.
