การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวาง เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จและการสนับสนุนจากองค์การที่มีผลต่อการดำเนินงานสร้างเสริมสุขภาพและป้องกันโรคในช่องปากในกลุ่มเด็กอายุ 0-2 ปีของทันตบุคลากรในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน เขตสุขภาพที่ 8 สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ ได้จำนวน 125 คน เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติเชิงอนุมาน จากการศึกษาพบว่า ปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จ การสนับสนุนจากองค์การ และการดำเนินงานสร้างเสริมสุขภาพและป้องกันโรคในช่องปากในกลุ่มเด็กอายุ 0-2 ปี ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากและพบว่าการสนับสนุนจากองค์การ ด้านการบริหารจัดการ ด้านงบประมาณ ปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จด้านการลงมือปฏิบัติในพื้นที่ที่มีความพร้อมและสมัครใจมีส่วนร่วม มีผลและสามารถร่วมพยากรณ์การดำเนินงานสร้างเสริมสุขภาพและป้องกันโรคในช่องปากในกลุ่มเด็กอายุ 0-2 ปี ได้ร้อยละ 43.8 (R2=0.438, p-value<0.001) ข้อเสนอแนะ ควรให้ความสำคัญกับการพัฒนาระบบการติดต่อประสานงานภายในหน่วยงานและภาคีเครือข่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานมีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น
