Critical Success Factors and Administrative Factors Affecting the Risk Management of Registered Nurses at Mukdahan hospital Mukdahan Province

This cross- sectional descriptive research aimed to study the level of risk management, critical success factors and administrative factors affecting the risk management of registered nurses at Mukdahan hospital Mukdahan province, Thailand. A set of 133 registered nurses was randomly selected by stratified random sampling from the 385 populations and 12 key informants were in In-depth interview guidelines to collect qualitative data gathering. Data distribution was performed by descriptive and inferential statistics at a significance level of 0.05. The results showed that the overall level of critical success factors, administrative factors and the risk management of registered nurses at Mukdahan hospital Mukdahan province were at high level with averages 3.70 (S.D.= 0.54), 3.59 (S.D.= 0.55) and 3.78 (S.D.= 0.48), respectively. The results showed that critical success factors; development of health care facility image, administrative factors; time and budget that affected and could jointly predict the risk management of registered nurses at Mukdahan hospital Mukdahan province at 54.0 percentage (R2 = 0.540, p-value = 0.039). The results of this research, can use to plan in creating guidelines for promoting risk management in the organization to be more effective.
