ปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จและปัจจัยทางการบริหารที่มีผลต่อการบริหารความเสี่ยงของพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลมุกดาหาร จังหวัดมุกดาหาร

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวาง (Cross-Sectional Descriptive Research) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จและปัจจัยทางการบริหารที่มีผลต่อการบริหารความเสี่ยงของพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลมุกดาหาร จังหวัดมุกดาหาร ประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลมุกดาหาร จังหวัดมุกดาหาร จำนวน 385 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้ 133 คน และการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกสำหรับเก็บข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพจำนวน 12 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติอนุมาน กำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ระดับปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จ ระดับปัจจัยทางการบริหาร และระดับการบริหารความเสี่ยงของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.70 (S.D. = 0.54), 3.59 (S.D. = 0.55) และ 3.78 (S.D. = 0.48) ตามลำดับ และพบว่ามี 3 ตัวแปร ได้แก่ ปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จด้านการพัฒนาภาพลักษณ์ของสถานบริการ ปัจจัยทางการบริหารด้านเวลา และด้านงบประมาณสามารถร่วมกันในการพยากรณ์และมีผลต่อการบริหารความเสี่ยงของพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลมุกดาหาร จังหวัดมุกดาหาร ได้ร้อยละ 54.0 (R2 = 0.540, p-value = 0.039) โดยผลการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ผู้บริหารสามารถนำไปใช้ในการวางแผนในการสร้างแนวปฏิบัติเพื่อส่งเสริมการบริหารความเสี่ยงในองค์การให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น
