Success Factors and Aesthetic Leadership Skills Influencing the Quality of Work Life of Health Officers at Sub-district Health Promotion Hospitals in Mukdahan Province

ABSTRACT
This descriptive cross-sectional study aimed to investigate the success factors and aesthetic leadership skills that influence the quality of work life (QWL) among health officers at Sub-district Health Promotion Hospitals in Mukdahan Province. The study population comprised of 749 health officers, with a stratified random sample of 143 participants. Data collection involved quantitative data from structured questionnaires and qualitative data from in-depth interviews with 12 participants. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used for data analysis, with a significance level set at 0.05. The results indicated high levels of success factors, aesthetic leadership skills, and QWL, with mean scores of 4.07 (S.D. = 0.50), 4.09 (S.D. = 0.43), and 4.02 (S.D. = 0.45), respectively. Three variables-self-development leadership skills, success factors related to service and health network connectivity, and communication leadership skills-collectively predicted and influenced QWL among health officers, accounting for 54.4% of the variance (R² = 0.544, p-value < 0.001)
