ปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จและสุนทรียทักษะภาวะผู้นำที่มีผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุข ในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดมุกดาหาร

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวางครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จและสุนทรียทักษะภาวะผู้นำที่มีผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดมุกดาหาร ประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ เจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดมุกดาหาร จำนวน 749 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 143 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ แบบสอบถามสำหรับเก็บข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ และแนวทางการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกสำหรับเก็บข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ จำนวน 12 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน กำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ระดับปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จ ระดับสุนทรียทักษะภาวะผู้นำ และระดับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงาน ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.07 (S.D. = 0.50), 4.09 (S.D. = 0.43) และ 4.02 (S.D. = 0.45) ตามลำดับ และพบว่าตัวแปรทั้ง 3 ตัวแปร ได้แก่ สุนทรียทักษะภาวะผู้นำด้านทักษะการพัฒนาตนเอง ปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จด้านการเชื่อมโยงระหว่างสถานบริการและเครือข่ายบริการสุขภาพ และสุนทรียทักษะภาวะผู้นำด้านทักษะการติดต่อสื่อสาร สามารถร่วมกันในการพยากรณ์และมีผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดมุกดาหาร ได้ร้อยละ 54.4 (R2 = 0.544, p-value < 0.001)
