ปัจจัยทางการบริหารและปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จที่มีผลต่อการจัดการมูลฝอยติดเชื้อในสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุข ในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดขอนแก่น

การศึกษาครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวาง (Cross-sectional Descriptive Research) โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยทางการบริหารและปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จที่มีผลต่อการจัดการมูลฝอยติดเชื้อในสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดขอนแก่น ประชากรที่ศึกษาคือ เจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขที่รับผิดชอบปฎิบัติงานจัดการมูลฝอยติดเชื้อในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล ในพื้นที่จังหวัดขอนแก่น จำนวน 248 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบการสุ่มอย่างเป็นระบบ (Systematic Random Sampling) ได้จำนวนตัวอย่าง 154 คน และเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 3 ท่าน ทุกข้อคำถามมีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องมากกว่า 0.50 และค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามได้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่าของครอนบาช 0.99 และจากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก จำนวน 12 คน สำหรับข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ ทำการเก็บข้อมูลระหว่างวันที่ 1 พฤศจิกายน 2565 ถึง 30 พฤศจิกายน 2565 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ ค่าสหสัมพันธ์เพียรสัน และการถดถอยพหุเชิงเส้นแบบขั้นตอน โดยกำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญที่ 0.05 ผลการศึกษาพบว่าภาพรวมของระดับปัจจัยทางการบริหาร ระดับปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จและระดับการปฏิบัติงานจัดการมูลฝอยติดเชื้อ อยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.93 (S.D.=0.67), 3.97 (S.D.=0.72) และ3.04 (S.D.=0.61) ตามลำดับโดยพบว่าภาพรวมปัจจัยทางการบริหารมีความสัมพันธ์ระดับปานกลางกับการปฏิบัติงานจัดการมูลฝอยติดเชื้อ (r=0.653, p-value<0.001) และภาพรวมปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จ มีความสัมพันธ์ระดับปานกลางกับการปฏิบัติงานจัดการมูลฝอยติดเชื้อ (r=0.696, p-value<0.001) และพบว่าตัวแปรทั้ง 3 ตัว ประกอบด้วย ปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จด้านผู้บริหารทุกระดับให้การสนับสนุนและติดตาม ปัจจัยทางการบริหารด้านเวลา และปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จด้านการเชื่อมโยงระหว่างโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลในโรงพยาบาลแม่ข่าย มีผลและสามารถร่วมพยากรณ์การปฏิบัติงานจัดการมูลฝอยติดเชื้อในสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดขอนแก่น ได้ร้อยละ 58.3 (R2=0.583)
