ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความเข้มแข็งในการมองโลกและคุณภาพชีวิตผู้ป่วยปลูกถ่ายไต

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความเข้มแข็งในการมองโลกและคุณภาพชีวิตผู้ป่วยหลังปลูกถ่ายไต กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการผ่าตัดปลูกถ่ายไตที่มารับการตรวจรักษาที่โรงพยาบาลศรีนครินทร์ คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น จำนวน 194 ราย เก็บข้อมูลในช่วงเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ ถึงเดือนมิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2559 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป แบบสอบถามความเข้มแข็งในการมองโลก และแบบสอบถามคุณภาพชีวิต ข้อมูลทั่วไปวิเคราะห์ด้วยสถิติเชิงบรรยาย และหาความสัมพันธ์ของสองตัวแปรโดยใช้สถิติสหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความเข้มแข็งในการมองโลกของผู้ป่วยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (X= 137.50, S.D. = 20.76) ด้านคุณภาพชีวิตพบว่า ผู้ป่วยมีคุณภาพชีวิตอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (X = 18.90, S.D.= 1.85) และยังพบว่าความเข้มแข็งในการมองโลกมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วยหลังปลูกถ่ายไตโดยมีความสัมพันธ์กันในระดับปานกลาง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r = .694, p-value <.05)
