ปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จและแรงจูงใจที่มีผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าพนักงานทันตสาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดขอนแก่น

การศึกษานี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวาง วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จและแรงจูงใจที่มีผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าพนักงานทันตสาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดขอนแก่น จำนวน 112 คน จากประชากรทั้งหมด 128 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย (Simple Random Sampling) และตัวอย่างในการสนทนากลุ่มเพื่อยืนยันข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ จำนวน 12 คน สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ สถิติเชิงพรรณนา สถิติอนุมานหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุแบบขั้นตอน จากการศึกษาพบว่า แรงจูงใจ ปัจจัยค้ำจุนด้านชีวิตความเป็นอยู่ส่วนตัว ปัจจัยจูงใจด้านความรับผิดชอบ ปัจจัยค้ำจุนด้านสภาพการปฏิบัติงาน และปัจจัยแห่งแห่งความสำเร็จด้านความเชื่องโยงระหว่างโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลกับโรงพยาบาลแม่ข่าย สามารถพยากรณ์การปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าพนักงานทันตสาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดขอนแก่น ได้ร้อยละ 61.9 (R2 = 0.619, p-value < 0.001) โดยผลการวิจัยในครั้งนี้หน่วยงานสาธารณสุขสามารถนำไปใช้ในการวางแผนปรับปรุงการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าพนักงานทันตสาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล
