สุนทรียทักษะภาวะผู้นำและบรรยากาศองค์การที่มีผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานของ ทันตแพทย์ในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน จังหวัดนครราชสีมา

การศึกษานี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวาง วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสุนทรียทักษะภาวะผู้นำและบรรยากาศองค์การที่มีผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานของทันตแพทย์ในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน จังหวัดนครราชสีมา จำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย 112 คน จากประชากรทั้งหมด 137 คน และศึกษาเชิงลึกโดยการสนทนากลุ่มเพื่อสนับสนุนข้อมูล จำนวน 12 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามและการสนทนากลุ่ม ซึ่งแบบสอบถามผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 3 ท่าน พบว่าทุกข้อคำถามมีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องมากกว่า 0.50 และการวิเคราะห์หาค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามได้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาชเท่ากับ 0.97 สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติอนุมาน จากการศึกษาพบว่าสุนทรียทักษะภาวะผู้นำทักษะด้านการสอนงาน บรรยากาศองค์การมิติมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงาน และสุนทรียทักษะภาวะผู้นำทักษะด้านการเป็นผู้นำ สามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์การปฏิบัติงานของทันตแพทย์ในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน จังหวัดนครราชสีมาได้ร้อยละ 54.1 (R2 = 0.541, p-value<0.001)
