แรงจูงใจและปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จที่มีผลต่อปฏิบัติงานคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแรงจูงใจและปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จที่มีผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดหนองบัวลำภูจำนวน 82 คนเก็บข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณด้วยแบบสอบถามและข้อมูลคุณภาพจากการสนทนากลุ่ม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูปโดยสถิติพรรณนา และสถิติเชิงอนุมานในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล จากการศึกษาพบว่าภาพรวมระดับการปฏิบัติงานคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคอยู่ในระดับมากค่าเฉลี่ย 3.75 (S.D.=0.55)ตัวแปรอิสระทั้ง 5 ตัวได้แก่ปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จด้านการพัฒนาคุณภาพการดำเนินงานร่วมกับการทำงานเชิงรุกในชุมชน ด้านความเชื่อมโยงระหว่างโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลด้วยกันและกับโรงพยาบาลแม่ข่าย ปัจจัยจูงใจด้านการยอมรับนับถือ และปัจจัยค้ำจุนด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคล ด้านการปกครองบังคับบัญชา ร่วมพยากรณ์การปฏิบัติงานคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดหนองบัวลำภูได้ร้อยละ 64.6 (R2=0.646, p-value < 0.001)
