ปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จและการสนับสนุนจากองค์การที่มีผลต่อการดำเนินงานโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลติดดาวตามการรับรู้ของเจ้าหน้าที่สารณสุข ที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวาง (Descriptive Cross-sectional Study) นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อหาปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จและการสนับสนุนจากองค์การที่มีผลต่อการดำเนินงานโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลติดดาวของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ประชากรที่ศึกษาคือ เจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ จำนวน 213 คน ร้อยละ 100 อัตราตอบกลับ สุ่มตัวอย่างโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ (Stratified Random Sampling) และสุ่มอย่างง่าย (Simple Random Sampling) เก็บรวบรวมโดยใช้ แบบสอบถามและการสนทนากลุ่มเพื่อยืนยันข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ จำนวน 12 คน สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ สถิติเชิงพรรณนา สถิติอนุมานหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน พบว่า ปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จด้านกระบวนการประชาคม และการพัฒนาคุณภาพบริการและภาพลักษณ์ การสนับสนุนจากองค์การด้านวัสดุ อุปกรณ์ และด้านการบริหารจัดการ สามารถพยากรณ์การดำเนินงานโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลติดดาวของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ได้ร้อยละ 62.8
