การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการจัดวางพาเลทในคลังสินค้า กรณีศึกษาบริษัทโลจิสติกส์แบบครบวงจร

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการใช้พื้นที่ในการจัดเก็บของบริษัทกรณีศึกษา รวมทั้งความคุ้มค่าในการลงทุนจัดซื้ออุปกรณ์เพิ่มเติม โดยข้อมูลสินค้าของบริษัทกรณีศึกษา ตั้งแต่เดือนมกราคม-ธันวาคม ปี 2561 ได้ถูกนำมาใช้ในการคำนวณจำนวนพาเลท (Pallets) และยังใช้ในการคาดการณ์ความต้องการในการจัดเก็บในอนาคตอีกด้วย โดย 4 วิธีการ อันได้แก่ วิธีการหาค่าเฉลี่ยเคลื่อนที่ วิธีการปรับเรียบแบบเอ็กซ์โปรเนนเชียลอย่างง่าย วิธีการปรับเรียบแบบดับเบิ้ลเอ็กซ์โปรเนนเชียล และวิธีคาดคะเนแนวโน้มได้รับการพิจารณาเชิงเปรียบเทียบ ค่าเฉลี่ยคลาดเคลื่อนสมบูรณ์ (Mean Absolute Deviation: MAD) ค่าเฉลี่ยเปอร์เซ็นต์ความคลาดเคลื่อนสมบูรณ์ (Mean Absolute Percent Error: MAPE) และค่าเฉลี่ยความคลาดเลื่อนกำลังสอง (Mean Square Error: MSE) เป็นเกณฑ์ที่ใช้สำหรับเลือกวิธีการพยากรณ์ที่เหมาะสม การจัดกลุ่มตามความสามารถในการวางซ้อนเป็นวิธีที่เหมาะสมที่สุดในการจัดกลุ่มข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์ ผลที่ตามมา คือ วิธีการค่าเฉลี่ยเคลื่อนที่จะเหมาะสำหรับข้อมูลของผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ไม่สามารถซ้อนทับได้ในขณะที่ วิธีการปรับเรียบแบบเอ็กซ์โปรเนนเชียลจะใช้สำหรับข้อมูลของผลิตภัณฑ์ที่สามารถซ้อนทับได้ จากนั้นค่าการคาดการณ์ของจำนวนพาเลทจะถูกใช้ในการประเมินพื้นที่จัดเก็บ และกำหนดทางเลือก (Alternatives) ในการติดตั้งชั้นวางเพิ่มเติมอย่างต่อเนื่อง วิธีแขนงการตัดสินใจ (Decision tree) ได้ถูกนำมาใช้ในการวิเคราะห์และกำหนดทางเลือกที่เหมาะสมที่สุด และจะใช้หลักการของเศรษฐศาสตร์ในการพิจารณามูลค่าการลงทุน ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ทางเลือกที่เหมาะสมที่สุด คือ การติดตั้งชั้นวางขนาดปกติหนึ่งชั้น โดยมีค่าใช้จ่ายรวม 150,450 บาท มูลค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิ (NPV) เท่ากับ 128,317.70 บาท อัตราผลตอบแทนภายใน (IRR) เท่ากับ 16.26 เปอร์เซ็นต์ จุดคุ้มทุน (BP) อยู่ที่ 558 พาเลท และระยะเวลาคืนทุนประมาณ 5 ปี 6 เดือน
