คุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคลและปัจจัยทางการบริหารที่มีผลต่อการดูแลผู้สูงอายุของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน ตำบลปอภาร อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด

การศึกษาในครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวาง โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคลและปัจจัยทางการบริหารที่มีผลต่อการดูแลผู้สูงอายุของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน ตำบลปอภาร อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด ประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านในตำบลปอภาร อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด จำนวน 302 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างโดยการสุ่มแบบเป็นระบบ กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 159 คน เก็บข้อมูลโดย แบบสอบถามสำหรับข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณและแนวทางการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกสำหรับข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ ดำเนินการเก็บข้อมูลระหว่างวันที่ 1 มีนาคม ถึงวันที่ 30 เมษายน 2563 ผลการศึกษาพบว่าตัวแปรอิสระ 4 ตัว ได้แก่ ปัจจัยทางการบริหารด้านขวัญกำลังใจในการทำงาน คุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคลด้านจำนวนครั้งการได้รับการอบรม ปัจจัยทางการบริหารด้านงบประมาณ และคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคลด้านอาชีพ (เกษตรกรรม) มีผลและสามารถร่วมพยากรณ์การดูแลผู้สูงอายุของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน ตำบลปอภาร อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด ได้ร้อยละ 30.7 (R2 = 0.307, p-value < 0.001)
