การปฏิบัติด้านการสุขาภิบาลน้ำบริโภคของประชาชนและคุณภาพน้ำบริโภคทางแบคทีเรียของเมืองไชจำพอน แขวงบอลิคำไช สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตย ประชาชนลาว

การวิจัยนี้ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ (Survey study) แบบภาคตัดขวาง (Cross-sectional) มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาการปฏิบัติด้านการสุขาภิบาลน้ำบริโภคของประชาชน และคุณภาพน้ำบริโภคทางแบคทีเรีย เมืองไชจำพอน แขวงบอลิคำไซ สปป.ลาว เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ผู้แทนครัวเรือน จำนวน 314 คน และตรวจสอบคุณภาพน้ำทางแบคทีเรียอย่างง่าย ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ส่วนใหญ่ 57.32% หัวหน้าครัวเรือนเป็นผู้จัดหาน้ำบริโภค ใช้เวลาไป-กลับจากบ้านไปยังแหล่งน้ำเฉลี่ย 4.69±5.80 นาที แหล่งน้ำหลัก คือ ประปาภูเขา 90.13% มีการปรับปรุงคุณภาพน้ำดื่มด้วยวิธีการต้ม 93.63% การปฏิบัติด้านการสุขาภิบาลน้ำบริโภคในครัวเรือน (คะแนนเต็ม 15 ) ปฏิบัติถูกต้องอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 63.69% ค่าเฉลี่ย 10.17±0.68 ผลการตรวจสอบคุณภาพน้ำทางแบคทีเรียของแหล่งน้ำประปาภูเขา ที่ประชาชนนำมาบริโภค พบการปนเปื้อนโคลิฟอร์มแบคทีเรีย 100% และ ตัวอย่างน้ำบริโภคในครัวเรือนพบการปนเปื้อนโคลิฟอร์มแบคทีเรีย 87.90% ส่วนความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการปฏิบัติด้านการสุขาภิบาลน้ำบริโภค กับการปนเปื้อนโคลิฟอร์มในน้ำบริโภค พบว่ามีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p-value >0.05)
