คุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคลและปัจจัยทางการบริหารที่มีผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานควบคุมป้องกันโรคโควิด-19 ของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน อำเภอสีชมพู จังหวัดขอนแก่น

การศึกษาในครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวาง โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคลและปัจจัยทางการบริหารที่มีผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานควบคุมป้องกันโรคโควิด-19 ของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน อำเภอสีชมพู จังหวัดขอนแก่น ประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านในอำเภอสีชมพู จังหวัดขอนแก่น จำนวน 1,572 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ ได้จำนวน 168 คน เก็บข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม และข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพโดยแนวทางการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติอนุมาน จากการศึกษาพบว่า ภาพรวมระดับปัจจัยทางการบริหารและการปฏิบัติงานควบคุมป้องกันโรคโควิด-19 อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยพบว่า ตัวแปรอิสระ 2 ตัว ได้แก่ ปัจจัยทางการบริหารด้านเทคโนโลยีที่เกี่ยวข้อง และด้านกระบวนการบริหาร มีผลและสามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์การปฏิบัติงานควบคุมป้องกันโรคโควิด-19 ของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน อำเภอสีชมพู จังหวัดขอนแก่น ได้ร้อยละ 68.0 (R2=0.680, p-value<0.001) โดยผลการวิจัยในครั้งนี้หน่วยงานสาธารณสุขสามารถนำไปใช้ในการวางแผน ในการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาการปฏิบัติงานป้องกันควบคุมโรคโควิด-19 ของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น
