ปัจจัยทางการบริหารและปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จที่มีผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานคุ้มครองผู้บริโภค ของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวางในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยทางการบริหารและปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จที่มีผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ ประชากรที่ศึกษาคือ เจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จำนวน 154 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย (Simple Random Sampling) ได้จำนวนตัวอย่าง 134 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามสำหรับข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ และแนวทางการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกสำหรับข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติเชิงอนุมาน โดยกำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญที่ 0.05 จากผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระดับปัจจัยทางการบริหาร ระดับปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จ และระดับการปฏิบัติงานคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และพบว่าปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จด้านการเชื่อมโยงระหว่างสถานบริการในเครือข่ายเดียวกัน การลงมือปฏิบัติในพื้นที่ที่มีความพร้อมและสมัครใจในการมีส่วนร่วม และการพัฒนาภาพลักษณ์ของสถานบริการ ตัวแปรทั้ง 3 ตัวมีผลและสามารถร่วมพยากรณ์การปฏิบัติงานคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ ได้ร้อยละ 69.8 (R2=0.698, p-value<0.001)
