สุนทรียทักษะผู้นำและปัจจัยทางการบริหารที่มีผลต่อดำเนินงานป้องกันและควบคุมโรคพยาธิใบไม้ในตับของนักวิชาการสาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดขอนแก่น

การศึกษานี้ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวาง เพื่อศึกษาสุนทรียทักษะผู้นำและปัจจัยทางการบริหารที่มีผลต่อการดำเนินงานป้องกันและควบคุมโรคพยาธิใบไม้ในตับของนักวิชาการสาธารณสุข ในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดขอนแก่น ศึกษาในกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 118 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มอย่างเป็นระบบ จากประชากร 1,234 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม และการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 10 คน แบบสอบถามมีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องทุกข้อมากกว่า 0.50 และมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาช 0.99 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ระดับสุนทรียทักษะผู้นำภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.03 (S.D. = 0.57) ระดับปัจจัยทางการบริหารภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.86 (S.D. = 0.67) และระดับการดำเนินงานป้องกันและควบคุมโรคพยาธิใบไม้ในตับ ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.93 (S.D. = 0.65) และพบว่า ปัจจัยทางการบริหาร ด้านการบริหารจัดการ สุนทรียทักษะผู้นำ ด้านทักษะในการทำงานเป็นทีม และทักษะในการคิดริเริ่ม สามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์การดำเนินงานป้องกันและควบคุมโรคพยาธิใบไม้ในตับของนักวิชาการสาธารณสุข ได้ร้อยละ 77.7 (R2 = 0.777, P-value <0.001) และควรมีการสนับสนุนให้เจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลร่วมจัดทำแผนพัฒนาบุคลากรในการดำเนินงานป้องกันและควบคุมโรคพยาธิใบไม้ในตับ
