สุนทรียทักษะภาวะผู้นำและปัจจัยทางการบริหารที่มีผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานของแพทย์แผนไทยในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน เขตสุขภาพที่ 10

การศึกษานี้ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวาง เพื่อศึกษาสุนทรียทักษะภาวะผู้นำและปัจจัยทางการบริหารที่มีผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานของแพทย์แผนไทยในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน เขตสุขภาพที่ 10 โดยศึกษาจากแพทย์แผนไทย 117 คน จากประชากรทั้งหมด 139 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยใช้แบบสอบถามและการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจำนวน 12 คน สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ การหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุเชิงเส้นแบบขั้นตอน ซึ่งพบว่า ภาพรวมระดับสุนทรียทักษะภาวะผู้นำ ระดับปัจจัยทางการบริหาร และระดับการปฏิบัติงานของแพทย์แผนไทย อยู่ในระดับมาก ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.03 (S.D.=0.60), 4.10 (S.D.=0.57), และ 4.15 (S.D.=0.54) ตามลำดับ และพบว่าทั้ง 4 ตัวแปรคือ ปัจจัยทางการบริหารด้านเวลา สุนทรียทักษะภาวะผู้นำทักษะการทำงานเป็นทีม ปัจจัยทางการบริหารด้านงบประมาณ และปัจจัยทางการบริหารด้านเทคโนโลยี มีผลและสามารถร่วมกันในการพยากรณ์การปฏิบัติงานของแพทย์แผนไทยในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน เขตสุขภาพที่ 10 ได้ร้อยละ 66.5 ผู้บริหารและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องควรมีการวางแผน ติดตามและประเมินผลการใช้เวลาในการปฏิบัติงานของแพทย์แผนไทย การส่งเสริมประสิทธิภาพในการประสานงาน และปัจจัยทางการบริหารด้านงบประมาณ ในการปฏิบัติงานแพทย์แผนไทย
