ปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จและสุนทรียทักษะภาวะผู้นำที่มีผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานบริการกายภาพบำบัดของนักกายภาพบำบัด ในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน เขตสุขภาพที่ 7

การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยภาคตัดขวางเชิงวิเคราะห์ วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จและ สุนทรียทักษะภาวะผู้นำที่มีผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานบริการกายภาพบำบัดของนักกายภาพบำบัด ในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน เขตสุขภาพที่ 7 ประชากรจำนวน 219 คน คำนวณกลุ่มตัวอย่างได้ทั้งสิ้น 187 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 3 ท่าน ทุกข้อคำถามมีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องมากกว่า 0.50 และวิเคราะห์หาค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามโดยการหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่าของครอนบาช โดยใช้แบบสอบถามกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างนักกายภาพบำบัด ในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน เขตสุขภาพที่ 8 จำนวน 30 คน มีค่าเท่ากับ 0.988 เก็บข้อมูลระหว่างวันที่ 17 มกราคม 2567 - 17 กุมภาพันธ์ 2567 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ภาพรวมของระดับปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จ ระดับสุนทรียทักษะภาวะผู้นำ และระดับการปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานบริการกายภาพบำบัด อยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.04 (S.D.= 0.48), 4.09 (S.D.=0.51), 4.28 (S.D.= 0.49) ตามลำดับ โดยพบว่าภาพรวมปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จ และ ภาพรวมสุนทรียทักษะภาวะผู้นำมีความสัมพันธ์ระดับสูงกับการปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานบริการกายภาพบำบัด (r = 0.737, p-value < 0.001 และ r = 0.820, p-value < 0.001 ตามลำดับ) และพบว่าตัวแปรทั้ง 6 ตัว ประกอบด้วย สุนทรียทักษะภาวะผู้นำด้านทักษะการวางแผนและจัดองค์กร ด้านทักษะความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ด้านทักษะการทำงานร่วมกัน ด้านทักษะการสอนงาน ปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จด้านหน่วยงานสนับสนุนทุกระดับมีแผนงานสนับสนุน และด้านการพัฒนาภาพลักษณ์ของสถานบริการ มีผลและสามารถร่วมพยากรณ์การปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานบริการกายภาพบำบัด ของนักกายภาพบำบัดในโรงพยาบาลชุนชน เขตสุขภาพที่ 7 ได้ร้อยละ 75.3 (R2adj = 0.745)
