สุนทรียทักษะภาวะผู้นำและปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จที่มีผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดทำแผนยุทธศาสตร์สาธารณสุข ของผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดสกลนคร

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวางครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสุนทรียทักษะภาวะผู้นำและปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จที่มีผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดทำแผนยุทธศาสตร์สาธารณสุขของผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดสกลนคร ประชากรที่ศึกษา จำนวน 168 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 131 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถามสำหรับเก็บข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 3 ท่าน ซึ่งทุกข้อคำถามมีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องเท่ากับ 1 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถาม ได้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่าของครอนบาช 0.98 และแนวทางการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกเพื่อเก็บข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ การหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุเชิงเส้นแบบขั้นตอน โดยกำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญที่ 0.05 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ระดับสุนทรียทักษะภาวะผู้นำ ระดับปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จ และระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดทำแผนยุทธศาสตร์สาธารณสุขของผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดสกลนคร อยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.97 (S.D.=0.44), 3.98 (S.D.=0.48) และ 4.00 (S.D.=0.47) ตามลำดับ และพบว่าตัวแปรทั้ง 5 ประกอบด้วย สุนทรียทักษะภาวะผู้นำ ด้านทักษะในการนำเสนอ ด้านการทำงานเป็นทีม ปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จ ด้านการการพัฒนาภาพลักษณ์ของสถานบริการ ด้านหน่วยงานสนับสนุนทุกระดับมีแผนงานสนับสนุน และด้านการลงมือปฏิบัติงานในพื้นที่ที่มีความพร้อมและสมัครใจในการมีส่วนร่วม สามารถร่วมกันในการพยากรณ์และมีผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดทำแผนยุทธศาสตร์สาธารณสุขของผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดสกลนคร ได้ร้อยละ 80.5 (R2=0.805, p-value<0.001)
