คุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคลและปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จที่มีผลต่อความสุขในการทำงานของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดนครพนม

การศึกษาครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวาง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคลและปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จที่มีผลต่อความสุขในการทำงานของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดนครพนม ประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ เจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จำนวน 490 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 153 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถามสำหรับเก็บข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ และแนวทางการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกสำหรับเก็บข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ภาพรวมระดับปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จและระดับความสุขในการทำงาน อยู่ในระดับมาก ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.99 (S.D.=0.47) และ 4.09 (S.D.=0.44) ตามลำดับ และพบว่าตัวแปรอิสระทั้ง 2 ตัวแปร ประกอบด้วย ปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จด้านการพัฒนาภาพลักษณ์ของสถานบริการและด้านการเชื่อมโยงระหว่างโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลด้วยกันและกับโรงพยาบาลแม่ข่าย สามารถร่วมกันในการพยากรณ์และมีผลต่อความสุขในการทำงานของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดนครพนม ได้ร้อยละ 51.7 (R2=0.517, p-value<0.001)
