แบบแผนความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพและความร่วมมือในการใช้ยาของผู้ป่วยเบาหวานประเภทที่ 2 โรงพยาบาลสามชุก จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี

แบบแผนความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญที่ส่งผลต่อความร่วมมือในการใช้ยาซึ่งเป็นหัวใจสำคัญของการรักษาโรคเบาหวาน การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแบบแผนความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพและความร่วมมือในการใช้ยาของผู้ป่วยเบาหวานประเภทที่ 2 เป็นการศึกษาภาคตัดขวาง เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามในกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 223 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา และสถิติการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยเชิงเส้นพหุคูณ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า แบบแผนความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพ 3 อันดับแรก คือ การรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนเฉลี่ย 2.89 คะแนน (SD 0.25) สิ่งชักนำให้ปฏิบัติในการดูแลสุขภาพของตนเองเฉลี่ย 2.89 คะแนน (SD 0.27) และการรับรู้ประโยชน์ของการรับประทานยาเฉลี่ย 2.73 คะแนน (SD 0.29) ร้อยละ 88.79 ของกลุ่มตัวอย่างให้ความร่วมมือในการใช้ยา แบบแผนความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพด้านการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนมีความสัมพันธ์กับความร่วมมือในการใช้ยาอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<0.05) การพัฒนาการบริบาลเภสัชกรรมเพื่อเพิ่มความร่วมมือในการใช้ยาจึงควรส่งเสริมให้ผู้ป่วยมีการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนต่อไป
