ปัญหาและปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจปลูกทุเรียนของเกษตรกรจังหวัดบึงกาฬ

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา ปัญหา แนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหา และปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจปลูกทุเรียนของเกษตรกรใน 8 อำเภอของจังหวัดบึงกาฬ จำนวน 220 คน จากประชากรทั้งหมด 488 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บข้อมูล และใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้างเป็นเครื่องมือเก็บข้อมูล แนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาจากการเสวนากลุ่ม จำนวน 20 ราย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และใช้สถิติเชิงอนุมาน คือ การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ปัญหาการปลูกทุเรียนในภาพรวมระดับมาก คือ ปัญหาด้านเศรษฐกิจ ด้านสังคม ด้านการผลิต และด้านเกษตรกร มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.37 (S.D.=0.90), 4.25 (S.D.= 0.82), 4.18 (S.D.=0.90), 3.91 (S.D.=0.91) ตามลำดับ ปัญหาในการปลูกทุเรียนในระดับปานกลาง คือ ปัญหาด้านการตลาด ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.41 (S.D.=1.05) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจปลูกทุเรียนในระดับมาก คือ ปัจจัยด้านสังคม ด้านเศรษฐกิจ ด้านการตลาด ด้านนโยบายรัฐ และด้านชีวภาพ มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.99 (S.D.=0.87), 3.94 (S.D.=0.84), 3.88 (S.D.=0.85), 3.62 (S.D.=0.96), 3.54 (S.D.=0.97) ตามลำดับ ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลในระดับปานกลาง คือ ปัจจัย ด้านกายภาพ ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.49 (S.D.=0.92) แนวทางแก้ไขปัญหา คือ พัฒนาการรวมกลุ่มของเกษตรกร การให้ความรู้แก่เกษตรกรเรื่องการผลิตทุเรียนให้ได้คุณภาพ การจัดการน้ำให้เป็นระบบ และการพัฒนาช่องทางการตลาดที่หลากหลาย ส่วนการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงอนุมาน โดย ทำให้ได้สมการทำนายปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจปลูกทุเรียนของเกษตรกรจังหวัดบึงกาฬในรูป คะแนนดิบ คือ Y= 0.573 + (0.356) (ปัจจัยด้านการตลาด) + (0.318) (ปัจจัยด้านเศรษฐกิจ) + (0.247) (ปัจจัยด้านชีวภาพ)
