การมีส่วนร่วมและทักษะการเป็นผู้นำที่มีผลต่อการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยของเจ้าหน้าที่ในสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมและทักษะการเป็นผู้นำที่มีผลต่อการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยของเจ้าหน้าที่ในสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู ซึ่งเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 3 ท่าน ทุกข้อมีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง มากกว่า 0.50 และความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามได้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาชเท่ากับ 0.94 โดยดำเนินการเก็บข้อมูลระหว่างวันที่ 21 พฤศจิกายน 2567 ถึง วันที่ 10 ธันวาคม 2567 และสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ สถิติเชิงพรรณนาโดยใช้การแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่ามัธยฐาน ค่าต่ำสุด ค่าสูงสุด และสถิติเชิงอนุมานโดยใช้สถิติสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน โดยกำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญที่ 0.05 ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ภาพรวมระดับการมีส่วนร่วม ทักษะการเป็นผู้นำ และการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยของเจ้าหน้าที่ในสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นอยู่ในระดับมาก (𝑥̅ = 4.04, S.D.=0.50), (𝑥̅ = 4.25, S.D.=0.46) และ (𝑥̅ = 4.32, S.D.=0.47) ตามลำดับ และพบว่ามีตัวแปรอิสระ 4 ตัวแปร มีผลและสามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์การจัดการขยะมูลฝอยของเจ้าหน้าที่ในสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู ได้ร้อยละ 72.0 (R2= 0.720, p-value <0.001)
