ปัจจัยทางการบริหารและปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จที่มีผลต่อการบริหารความเสี่ยง ในการปฏิบัติงานของแพทย์แผนไทย ในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน ในเขตสุขภาพที่ 7

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวางครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยทางการบริหารและปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จที่มีผลต่อการบริหารความเสี่ยงในการปฏิบัติงานของแพทย์แผนไทย ในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน ในเขตสุขภาพที่ 7 โดยศึกษาจากแพทย์แผนไทย 133 คน จากประชากรทั้งหมด 168 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยใช้แบบสอบถามและการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจำนวน 12 คน โดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ การหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุเชิงเส้นแบบขั้นตอน กำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ภาพรวมระดับปัจจัยทางการบริหาร ระดับปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จ และระดับการบริหารความเสี่ยงในการปฏิบัติงาน อยู่ในระดับมาก ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.02 (S.D.=0.50), 4.15 (S.D.=0.50) และ 4.09 (S.D.=0.47) ตามลำดับ และพบว่าทั้ง 3 ตัวแปร ได้แก่ ปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จด้านการสร้างความเข้าใจและกระตุ้นให้เกิดความร่วมมือ ปัจจัยทางการบริหารด้านเวลา และปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จด้านการเชื่อมโยงระหว่างสถานบริการในเครือข่ายเดียวกัน สามารถร่วมกันในการพยากรณ์และมีผลต่อการบริหารความเสี่ยงในการปฏิบัติงานของแพทย์แผนไทยในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน ในเขตสุขภาพที่ 7 ได้ร้อยละ 51.0 (R2 = 0.510, P-value<0.001)
