ปัจจัยภายในองค์กรและทักษะทางสังคมที่มีผลต่อการดำเนินงานป้องกันการติดเชื้อไวรัส ตับอักเสบบีของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล ในจังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์

การศึกษาวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวาง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยภายในองค์กรและทักษะทางสังคมที่มีผลต่อการดำเนินงานป้องกันการติดเชื้อไวรัสตับอักเสบบีของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล ในจังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ โดยศึกษาประชากรทั้งหมด 157 คน และเก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม ใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน กำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ระดับปัจจัยภายในองค์กร และทักษะทางสังคม ของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล ในจังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.91 (S.D.=0.52) และ 4.10 (S.D.=0.50) ทั้งนี้ การทำงานเป็นทีม ระบบการปฏิบัติงาน การจัดสรรเวลา โครงสร้างองค์กร และรูปแบบการบริหาร สามารถร่วมพยากรณ์และมีผลต่อการดำเนินงานป้องกันการติดเชื้อไวรัสตับอักเสบบีของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล ในจังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ ได้ร้อยละ 63.1 (R2=0.631, p-value<0.001)
