สุนทรียทักษะภาวะผู้นำและปัจจัยทางการบริหารที่มีผลต่อการจัดการมูลฝอยติดเชื้อของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวางครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสุนทรียทักษะภาวะผู้นำและปัจจัยทางการบริหารที่มีผลต่อการจัดการมูลฝอยติดเชื้อของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด โดยศึกษาจากเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขผู้รับผิดชอบงานจัดการมูลฝอยติดเชื้อ 149 คน โดยใช้วิธีสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเป็นระบบ จากประชากรทั้งหมด 229 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยใช้แบบสอบถามและการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจำนวน 12 คน โดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ การหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุเชิงเส้นแบบขั้นตอน กำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ภาพรวมระดับสุนทรียทักษะภาวะผู้นำ ระดับปัจจัยทางการบริหาร และระดับการจัดการมูลฝอยติดเชื้อ อยู่ในระดับมาก ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.03 (S.D.=0.42), 4.14 (S.D.=0.46) และ 4.27 (S.D.=0.45) ตามลำดับ และพบว่าทั้ง 3 ตัวแปร ได้แก่ ปัจจัยทางการบริหารด้านเวลา สุนทรียทักษะภาวะผู้นำด้านทักษะในการพัฒนาตนเอง และปัจจัยทางการบริหารด้านวัสดุอุปกรณ์ สามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์และมีผลต่อการจัดการมูลฝอยติดเชื้อของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด ได้ร้อยละ 53.7 (R2=0.537, P-value<0.001)
