สมรรถนะของพยาบาลวิชาชีพและองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ที่มีผลต่อการพัฒนาตามเกณฑ์คุณภาพเครือข่ายบริการปฐมภูมิของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดนครราชสีมา

การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงวิเคราะห์แบบภาคตัดขวาง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะของพยาบาลวิชาชีพและองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ที่มีผลต่อการพัฒนาตามเกณฑ์คุณภาพเครือข่ายบริการปฐมภูมิของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดนครราชสีมา ประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จำนวน 642 คน คำนวณขนาดตัวอย่างและสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิได้ขนาดตัวอย่าง จำนวน 131 คน ผู้วิจัยเก็บตัวอย่างได้ทั้งสิ้น 127 ตัวอย่าง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 96.94 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม ซึ่งได้ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 3 ท่านทุกข้อคำถาม มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องมากกว่า 0.50 และได้ค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามเท่ากับ 0.98 สถิติ ที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุเชิงเส้นแบบขั้นตอนข้อมูล โดยกำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ภาพรวมระดับสมรรถนะของพยาบาลวิชาชีพระดับองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ และระดับการพัฒนาตามเกณฑ์คุณภาพเครือข่ายบริการปฐมภูมิของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดนครราชสีมา อยู่ในระดับมาก ทั้งนี้พบว่าตัวแปรอิสระทั้ง 2 ตัวแปร ประกอบด้วย องค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ด้านการคิดอย่างเป็นระบบ และสมรรถนะของพยาบาลวิชาชีพด้านเทคโนโลยีและสารสนเทศสามารถร่วมกันในการพยากรณ์และมีผลต่อการพัฒนาตามเกณฑ์คุณภาพเครือข่ายบริการปฐมภูมิของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดนครราชสีมา ได้ร้อยละ 51.2 (R2 = 0.512, p-value<0.001)
