Ontology-based Knowledge Management System with a Case Study on The East-West Economic Corridor

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้นำเสนอเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาระบบจัดการองค์ความรู้ (Knowledge management system ) ด้วย Ontology กรณีศึกษา อุตสาหกรรมการท่องเที่ยวตามแนวเศรษฐกิจ (East-West Economic Corridor) การดำเนินงานเริ่มจากการเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้วิธีการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง ( Purposive sampling ) จำนวน 20 คน ที่อาศัยอยู่จังหวัด มุกดาหาร กาฬสิน และขอนแก่น ของประเทศไทยโดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างต้องมีความรู้ในเรื่องอุตสาหกรรมการท่องเที่ยวเป็นอย่างดี ข้อมูลที่นำมาใช้ในการสร้างองค์ความรู้สำหรับการทำ ontology แบ่งเป็น 3 level ดังนี้ level ที่ 1 จำนวน 3 class level ที่ 2 จำนวน 4 class และ level ที่ 3 จำนวน 9 class สำหรับขั้นตอนการเก็บรวบรวมองค์ความรู้นั้นใช้กระบวนการสร้างองค์ความรู้ที่เรียกว่า SECI Model และการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ของข้อมูลองค์ความรู้ด้วยวิธี Taxonomy relationship โดยนำเสนอด้วยรูปแบบ ontology จากนั้นจึงสร้างระบบจัดการองค์ความรู้ที่สามารถทำงานได้ทั้ง web application และ mobile application ขึ้น การทดสอบระบบมีสองวิธีคือทดสอบการทำงานของ function ต่าง ๆ ด้วยวิธี black box testing และทดสอบการค้นคืนข้อมูลด้วยการหาค่าระดับ F-measure เท่ากับ 87% และค่าเฉลี่ยของเวลาในการค้นคืนข้อมูล 0.11 วินาที ถือว่าระบบมีประสิทธิภาพการค้นหาที่ดี ส่วนผลการทดสอบ black box testing ผ่านผลการทดสอบทุกข้อ ขั้นตอนสุดท้ายเป็นขั้นตอนการทดสอบความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ระบบด้วยแบบสอบถาม QUIS ผลจากการประเมินความพึงพอใจ มากกว่าระดับ 5 ในทุกข้อ ทำให้สามารถสรุปได้ว่าระบบจัดการองค์ความรู้ที่พัฒนาขึ้นมานั้นให้ผลการทดสอบเป็นที่พึงพอใจแก่ผู้ทดลองใช้ระบบ โดยอนาคตอาจเพิ่มเติมการพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ในด้านอื่น ๆ หรือเพิ่มในส่วนการพยากรณ์ความสนใจของนักท่องเที่ยวต่อการเลือกสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว เพื่อให้ครอบคลุมต่อการพัฒนาระบบจัดการองค์ความรู้ให้มากขึ้น
