การพัฒนาแอปพลิเคชันส่งเสริมแหล่งท่องเที่ยวในสาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตย ประชาชนลาว

บทคัดย่อ
ารวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ออกแบบ พัฒนา ประเมินประสิทธิภาพ และศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้แอปพลิเคชันส่งเสริมแหล่งท่องเที่ยวในสาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ (1) ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศที่มีส่วนในการทดสอบและใช้งานแอปพลิเคชัน จำนวน 15 คน เลือกตัวอย่างอย่างแบบเจาะจง (2) ผู้ใช้หรือนักท่องเที่ยวที่ใช้งานแอปพลิเคชัน จำนวน 100 เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบบังเอิญ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ (1) แอปพลิเคชันส่งเสริมแหล่งท่องเที่ยวใน สปป.ลาว (2) แบบประเมินประสิทธิภาพ และ(3) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ การพัฒนาแอปพลิเคชันในงานวิจัยนี้พัฒนาด้วย React Native เป็นเฟรมเวิร์ก และ Golang พัฒนาเป็น API เพื่อเป็นส่วนต่อประสานงานการจัดการข้อมูลในแอป พลิเคชันกับฐานข้อมูล MySQL วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ประสิทธิภาพของแอปพลิเคชันใน 3 ด้านโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับดี (x ̅= 4.39) ได้แก่ ด้านความสามารถและความถูกต้อง (x ̅= 4.70) ด้านความยืดหยุ่นและง่ายในการใช้งาน (x ̅= 4.30) ด้านการรักษาความปลอดภัย (x ̅= 4.16) และที่สำคัญการพัฒนาแอปพลิเคชั้นครั้งนี้สามารถแสดงผลการทำงานได้ทั้งระบบ Android และ iOS
