บทคัดย่อ
ปัจจุบันเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศได้เข้ามามีบทบาทสำคัญในการพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการงาน โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งการบริหารจัดการโครงงานนักศึกษา จากการศึกษาพบว่าการนำระบบสารสนเทศมาใช้จัดการโครงงานสามารถปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานให้ระบบมากยิ่งขึ้น และช่วยให้นักศึกษาและคณาจารย์สามารถติดตามโครงงานได้สะดวก เพื่อปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานเดิมให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น งานวิจัยนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษากระบวนสื่อสารและรูปแบบการบริหารโครงงานนักศึกษา 2) เพื่อพัฒนาเว็บแอปพลิเคชันระบบบริหารจัดการและติดตามโครงงาน 3) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจและทดสอบประสิทธิภาพใช้งานระบบ ซึ่งผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) เว็บแอปพลิเคชันแบ่งการทำงานตามกลุ่มผู้ใช้ประกอบด้วยอาจารย์ และนักศึกษา 2) ผลการประเมินประสิทธิภาพของเว็บแอปพลิเคชันโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการพัฒนาระบบมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก และ 3) ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจของกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีต่อเว็บแอปพลิเคชัน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
