การประยุกต์ใช้เทคนิคเหมืองข้อมูลเพื่อพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศพยากรณ์การใช้น้ำประปา

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิภาพของแบบจำลองการพยากรณ์ปริมาณการใช้น้ำประปาในประเทศไทย โดยประยุกต์ใช้เทคนิคเหมืองข้อมูลร่วมกับกระบวนการ CRISP-DM แบบจำลองที่ศึกษา ได้แก่ การถดถอยเชิงเส้น โครงข่ายประสาทเทียม แรนดอมฟอเรสต์ และต้นไม้เสริมกำลังแบบไล่ระดับ ข้อมูลที่ใช้เป็นข้อมูลการใช้น้ำประปารายเดือนช่วงปี พ.ศ. 2557–2566 จากศูนย์กลางข้อมูลเปิดภาครัฐ และแบ่งเป็นชุดฝึกสอน ชุดตรวจสอบ และชุดทดสอบในสัดส่วน 80:10:10 โดยใช้โปรแกรม RapidMiner ในการพัฒนาแบบจำลอง การประเมินผลใช้ค่าความคลาดเคลื่อนสัมบูรณ์เฉลี่ยและค่ารากที่สองของค่าเฉลี่ยความคลาดเคลื่อนกำลังสอง ผลการวิจัยพบว่าแบบจำลองการถดถอยเชิงเส้นให้ผลดีที่สุด โดยมีค่า MAE เท่ากับ 188,158.96 ลูกบาศก์เมตร และค่า RMSE เท่ากับ 310,809.74 ลูกบาศก์เมตร ซึ่งต่ำกว่าแบบจำลองอื่น และมีความเสถียรสูง นอกจากนี้ยังได้พัฒนาระบบต้นแบบบนแพลตฟอร์มเว็บเพื่อแสดงผลการพยากรณ์ในรูปแบบแดชบอร์ด สนับสนุนการวางแผนการผลิตและการกระจายน้ำ และสอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนด้านทรัพยากรน้ำ (SDG 6)
