ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความตั้งใจนำเทคโนโลยีคลาวด์คอมพิวติ้งมาใช้ในองค์กร: การศึกษาธุรกิจฟินเทคในประเทศไทย

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความตั้งใจนำเทคโนโลยีคลาวด์คอมพิวติ้งมาใช้ในองค์กร ประชากรคือผู้ที่มีประสบการณ์ในสายงานด้านธุรกิจฟินเทคและมีประสบการณ์ในการใช้งานคลาวด์คอมพิวติ้ง ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้รวบรวมข้อมูลจากตัวอย่างที่สุ่มแบบง่ายจำนวน 256 คน และทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่ได้ด้วยตัวแบบสมการเชิงโครงสร้าง เพื่อวิเคราะห์หาค่าอิทธิพลทั้งทางตรงและทางอ้อมของตัวแปรต่าง ๆ ที่มีต่อความตั้งใจนำเทคโนโลยีคลาวด์มาใช้ในองค์กร ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ความได้เปรียบด้านเทคโนโลยีของคลาวด์คอมพิวติ้ง และปัจจัยสนับสนุนแวดล้อม มีอิทธิพลโดยตรงต่อทั้งการรับรู้ถึงประโยชน์ และยังมีอิทธิพลทางอ้อมต่อความตั้งใจนำเทคโนโลยีคลาวด์คอมพิวติ้งมาใช้ผ่านการรับรู้ถึงประโยชน์ ส่วนความพร้อมขององค์กรไม่มีอิทธิพลทางตรงต่อการรับรู้ถึงประโยชน์และการรับรู้ถึงความง่าย และไม่มีอิทธิพลทางอ้อมต่อความตั้งใจยอมรับคลาวด์คอมพิวติ้งมาใช้งานในธุรกิจ ผลการศึกษายังพบว่าความได้เปรียบด้านเทคโนโลยีของคลาวด์ และปัจจัยสนับสนุนแวดล้อมมีอิทธิพลโดยตรงต่อการรับรู้ถึงความง่าย และมีอิทธิพลทางอ้อมต่อความตั้งใจนำเทคโนโลยีคลาวด์มาใช้ผ่านการรับรู้ถึงความง่าย ผลที่ได้จากงานวิจัยเป็นประโยชน์กับองค์กรที่กำลังมีแผนในการนำบริการคลาวด์มาใช้ โดยสามารถนำไปเป็นแนวทางในการสร้างอภิบาลให้กับองค์กรโดยเฉพาะในธุรกิจฟินเทค
