Influencing Knowledge Factors in SME Construction Industry in Thailand

This research has mainly focused on Knowledge Management Practice in SME Construction Industry in Thailand. The main objective was to identify whether or not knowledge factors, influences on-site execution of works. In order to achieve these, a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches was employed. At the earlier stages, the qualitative method using focus-group interviews was used to identify factors associated with knowledge factors. The quantitative method was thereafter used for exploring of key knowledge factors. The data were analyzed to identify key knowledge factors influencing on-site construction works.
