Abstract
Thailand in this current period is still requires human workers for the construction works than machineries. The projects thus employ large number of construction workers who are considered as major resources that can cause effects to the project performances. This research examined unsafe behaviors of construction workers in the high-rise projects using two methods, first, the respondents were required to make the assessment on their own unsafe behaviors, second, the respondents were required to identify the frequency of unsafe behaviors of their co-workers in the projects, then the results of two methods were compared. The research also studied causes for the unsafe behaviors in different manners.  Results of the study found that the unsafe behaviors frequencies collected by such two methods are differences between each other. The major causes of the unsafe behaviors were identified and addressed.
